We accomplish this by leveraging sophisticated technology and data analytics tools that allow our underwriters to evaluate the characteristics of each risk and generate a quote that provides the coverages a Condominium Association needs.
Our team regularly engages with association board members, property managers, specialist insurance brokers, and claims adjusters to stay up-to-date. This communication loop enables us to modify our policy forms as the risk environment changes.
Arden currently operates in eleven states including Arizona, California, Idaho, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin with plans to expand into additional states.
We only partner with independent insurance brokers that specialize in representing Condominium Associations to insure the highest level of service.
